This custom QF Daytona has been extensively upgraded beyond the standard factory configuration, with attention given to its exterior appearance, component quality, movement performance, and overall feel on the wrist.
The case and bracelet have received custom rose gold plating for a richer and more refined finish. With a total weight of approximately 181g, the watch delivers the substantial wrist presence expected from a heavyweight precious-metal-style Daytona build.
One of the most significant upgrades is the installation of an authentic crystal. This improves clarity, transparency, and the overall appearance of the dial while providing an authentic component in one of the most visually important areas of the watch. The factory hands have also been replaced with upgraded BUFF hands for improved finishing and a more refined appearance.
Powering the watch is the DD4131 automatic super clone chronograph movement. The movement has been fully overhauled to improve its condition and performance, while the automatic rotor has been silenced to reduce winding noise during everyday wear. The watch has also undergone waterproof testing following the work.
The DD4131 provides a fully functional mechanical chronograph together with hours, minutes, running seconds, and central chronograph seconds. Its integrated chronograph architecture and automatic winding system make it one of the most advanced movement platforms available for the modern Daytona.
Combined with its authentic crystal, BUFF hands, custom rose gold plating, serviced and rotor-silenced DD4131 movement, and substantial 181g weight, this custom QF build offers a significant upgrade over a standard factory configuration.
